Depend on

Dear friend,
Who do you depend on to help you through the difficult times? Do you play with the kids, phone a friend, visit your parents? Do you pray?

Hi Susan,

I don't know what's up but I tried to post something yesterday and it hasn't shown up. I was just talking about my dog again and how when the dog is upset she burrows into my tummy and has a conversation with it.

love,
Rosemary

I'm not sure if this answers your question, but lately I find myself relieving my anxieties through physical exercise. The first five minutes of running are exhausting and I feel I can't keep it up, or even continue breathing -- but then it gets easier and I do. While I don't enjoy the act itself, finishing a run makes me feel wonderful, powerful, healthy, and in control.

I have just had a breast cancer scare and am so aware of prayer and the love and care of my friends and family particularly my on line friends.
