Dear friends,
Simple abundance talks about seasonal cooking. The only time i cook seasonally is with salads in the summer and fresh stone fruit in summer. The rest of the time I use ingredients all year around as so many of them are imported. I have never seen apricots in the store in winter.
Do you cook seasonally?
I ching for today is Hexagram 4..what don't I know....a lot!!! I have much to learn and enjoy the adventure of life.
