Dear friends,
I am grateful that I have learnt the art of pacing, of managing the energy and time I have more evenly and calmly. As I have chronic fatigue syndrome I used to often get really tired from doing something and with my mental illness my manic phase would have me doing way to much and getting exhausted. I pace myself with meditation and careful planning. Christmas time i plan way ahead and I don't go to all the christmas parties. I buy presents well ahead and generally pace myself. Do you pace yourself? Do you have problems with not enough time and or energy?

Pacing continues to be challenging but it is for lots of well people as well
