When I am in my up, zippy phase my life is full of creating and variety. I love it. When I am in my quiet phase life is less varied and I am trying to learn to appreciate the calmness and serenity of less not more. Do you like variety? Do you appreciate still and quiet times in your life?

If I didn't have some quiet times I think I would go crazy. I need lots of quiet, more than most people. But like you, I find it hard to appreciate like I should.
Sometimes I become a chameleon, reflecting the energy and "zip" of those around me. When I finally go off into my own space its very reclusive. Like a shut-down to recharge the batteries. I envy those blessed with the ability to balance the two forces. I see Freebird is also from Arizona. Hi Freebird.
