Dear friends,
Yesterday I bought a beautiful milky opal necklace from my favourite jeweler mIchael. It reminds me to look for the color in my quiet times. Zippy time it is easy to see how wonderful life is but when I am quiet and mildly down I find it very difficult. This week I am going to a spiritual director and a psychologist to see if they can help me be more positive about my quiet times.
