Dear friends,
Yesterday I went to the zoo by train to visit the new baby elephant Mali and her mum and to look at the butterfly house, australian animals and the bird aviaries. I had a wonderful time. As some of you will know since my breakdown it has been hard for me to travel far from home but step by step i am doing much better. This was a tremendous journey for me and so many fears challenged and over ridden.
Hopefully I will get a photo to post here when I get more organised.

this was fantastic like a world tour to go to the zoo. I had dreamed of it and really hoped to see Mali. I was so proud of myself for it
