Dear friends,
It occurred to me with my last post that i am living a huge part of my life in fear...fear of my mum dying, fear of illness, fear of my home situation changing, fear of loss of friends, fear of being morbidly obese....fear....fear....fear.....It never occurred to me that it is this bad until today. WHAT IS THERE TO BE AFRAID OF RIGHT NOW? NOTHING. I have to start really living in the now and out of fear.
