The Pay it forward movement is a response to the novel by Catherine Ryan Hyde called Pay it forward and there wasa movie made. BAsically it is when someone does something good for you then pass that goodness on to someone else. I have been living like that most of my life but am most aware of it nowadays. Do you pass the love you receive on to others? Are you often thinking of ways to give and love more?
