Numbers on houses

Dear friends,
the house numbers are on my letterbox as I live two on a block. most peoples numbers are on their letterboxes but many also have them on the house. many driveways also have painted numbers showing where the property is. The numbers are wood, plastic, metal, stick on, painted. what sorts of numbers do you have and where are they?

Nowadays I get anxious passing cars on a two way road in the country. I am learning to be patient and staying behind slow cars. i used to be able to pass cars but nowadays I get really anxious. are you good driving on country roads and passing cars?

Rock gardens

Dear friends,
Rock gardens are becoming very popular here with the new houses that are being built. the gardens are mostly small and large rocks with a few cacti and plants that require very little water. some of them have creek beds. I quite like them for a contrast to the other leafier gardens but I still love my flowers, shrubs and trees. Do people have rock gardens where you live? Do you like them?
