I'm always so amazed at how introsp...Hi Susan,<br /><br />I'm always so amazed at how introspective you are and how able you are to understand your emotions. Yes, it does get so hard to feel creative when in a downswing :( I love your idea of finding different times and/or ways to do it - the art journal sounds great. I've kinda found the 15 minute thing to be helpful when I'm feeling disconnected to my creativity. It seems like a sort of compromise - my heart may not be in it but being creative anyway just might help ease the blahs.
